We are seeking an experienced and driven EPR Workstream Lead to support the successful delivery of our Electronic Patient Record (EPR) programme. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing a designated workstream within a large-scale digital transformation initiative across healthcare services. The successful candidate will work closely with clinical, operational, technical, and third-party stakeholders to ensure the effective planning, implementation, testing, training, and adoption of the EPR system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a defined EPR programme workstream from planning through to go-live and optimisation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all workstream-related activities and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to gather requirements and align workflows with EPR functionality.
  • Develop and maintain workstream plans, risks, issues, dependencies, and reporting documentation.
  • Coordinate with programme leadership, suppliers, and implementation partners to ensure delivery milestones are achieved.
  • Support system design workshops, testing cycles, data validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Drive user engagement, change management, training, and readiness activities across the organisation.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, information security, and healthcare regulatory standards.
  • Monitor progress and proactively manage risks, escalations, and resource requirements.
