We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled EPR Configuration Analyst to support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system. You will work closely with clinical, operational, and IT teams to ensure that the EPR system aligns with clinical workflows and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain modules and features within the EPR system based on clinical and operational requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate clinical needs into system functionality.
  • Participate in EPR implementations, upgrades, testing, and go-live support.
  • Create and manage configuration documentation, including change control logs and workflow diagrams.
  • Conduct impact assessments and risk analyses for requested changes.
  • Support user training and adoption by helping develop reference materials and providing troubleshooting assistance.
  • Ensure system compliance with data protection and information governance policies.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience configuring EPR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Meditech, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations.
