We are seeking a dynamic and experienced EPR Change Lead to spearhead the transformation and adoption of our new Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system. This pivotal role will be responsible for driving change initiatives, ensuring successful system implementation, and embedding best practices across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management, healthcare systems, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities Change Management Leadership: Develop and deliver comprehensive change management strategies to support the implementation of the EPR system. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring their needs are integrated into the EPR system design and roll-out. Training and Support: Oversee the development of training programs and materials, ensuring all users are confident and competent in using the new system. Project Coordination: Collaborate with IT, clinical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and alignment with organizational goals. Essential Qualifications and Experience Proven experience in leading change initiatives, ideally within the healthcare sector. Strong knowledge of Electronic Patient Record systems and their implementation. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate diverse teams. Professional certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, APMG) is highly desirable. Demonstrable experience in delivering training programs and engaging stakeholders at all levels. Desirable Skills Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, NHS Digital). Experience in managing projects within a clinical or healthcare setting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
