- Strong End-to-End Solution Architecture background with excellent solutioning capabilities.
- Strong insurance domain knowledge and understanding of insurance PAS platforms and London Market systems.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end integrations, assess landscape dependencies and defining transition architectures.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration with architecture, business, delivery, and support teams.
- Assess the current application landscape, technical debt, operational risks, and integration dependencies.
- Develop strategic options, timelines, and recommendations for modernization, migration, coexistence, and decommissioning activities.
- Lead the de-risking of legacy systems and recommend remediation plans on investigating ongoing incidents, operational issues, and risks associated with legacy applications.
- Evaluate integrations across multiple systems and ensure alignment with future-state architecture.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and SMEs to understand complex insurance processes and application dependencies.
- Produce a detailed roadmap of improvements, risk reduction activities and modernization initiatives.
- Evaluate alternative strategic options and strategic planning capabilities.
