Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional technical support and customer service

Log, track, and resolve incoming support requests

Troubleshoot product and IT issues, escalating when necessary

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Support internal users with general IT issues
What you’ll need:

Experience in IT support or customer service

Degree-level education or equivalent practical experience

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Solid general IT knowledge; familiarity with tools like Active Directory, PowerShell, HubSpot, or Microsoft 365 is a plus
