We’re supporting one of the world’s most recognisable and respected technology companies — a true giant in the industry — in their search for an experienced Recruiting Coordinator to join their international Talent Acquisition team. This isn’t your average admin support role. We’re after someone who’s coordinated high-volume permanent recruitment across multiple EMEA markets, ideally within a large tech or IT-driven environment. You’ll be the logistical backbone of the hiring process, ensuring everything runs like clockwork for candidates, hiring managers and recruiters.

You’ll handle complex interview scheduling across various EMEA countries and time zones, ensuring all the logistics — invites, video links, room bookings — are flawlessly executed. You’ll keep the ATS (ideally Workday) meticulously updated, prepare offer letters, and support background checks, references and onboarding. You’ll also act as a key point of contact for recruiters, hiring managers and candidates - making sure the whole process runs smoothly and professionally from end to end. And when there’s a gap or an issue, you’ll be the one to spot it and get things back on track.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years’ experience in recruitment coordination, ideally in a Big Tech, IT or global matrix organisation.
  • Strong track record supporting permanent hiring at volume across EMEA (not just UK-based roles).
  • Expert at juggling schedules, time zones, and interview rounds without breaking a sweat.
  • Comfortable using Workday or similar ATS platforms.
  • Strong Microsoft Outlook skills — calendars, invites, you name it.
  • Confident working directly with senior stakeholders and candidates.
  • Utterly reliable, detail-obsessed and naturally proactive.
  • Discreet and professional when handling sensitive or confidential data.
  • A natural problem-solver who keeps things moving and people informed.

Why it’s worth your time:

  • You’ll gain brilliant exposure to global recruitment operations.
  • Work with one of the biggest names in tech.
  • Join a team that values collaboration, precision, and candidate experience.
  • Mostly remote working.
