  • Use testing and experimentation to continuously improve campaign performance and customer outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years' experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Customer Engagement, Retention Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience building and managing customer lifecycle journeys and automated campaigns.
  • A strategic mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong understanding of customer behaviour and what drives engagement.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
