As they expand their operations through growth, they are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Lead Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable, secure, and high-performing infrastructure systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of cutting-edge infrastructure solutions.
- Manage, optimize, and scale our cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) and on-prem systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with business goals and requirements.
- Drive best practices for automation, continuous integration, and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
- Oversee system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for optimal uptime.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior infrastructure engineers.
- Stay current with the latest infrastructure trends and technologies, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure infrastructure is secure, compliant with regulations, and resilient to faults.
- Work closely with development teams to integrate infrastructure with applications seamlessly.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience with the core MS suite and peripheral technologies.
- Expertise in managing large-scale infrastructure deployments and troubleshooting complex issues.
- Familiarity with networking, security protocols, and disaster recovery practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a focus on quality.
