Growth Marketing Manager (German Speaker) – 6 Month Contract\\n\\n£340 per day | Hybrid (London office) | Inside IR35 | Global FinTech Giant\\n\\nAt IT Talent, we’re supporting a major global fintech player in finding a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to take the reins on engagement lifecycle marketing outside the US.\\n\\nThis is more than a campaign monkey job – you’ll be both strategic architect and executional powerhouse, working across key markets (notably the UK and Germany) to drive adoption, increase transactions, and make every customer journey smoother than a freshly paved runway.\\n\\nThe gig\\n\\n * 6 month contract\\n\\n * Hybrid role (2 days a week in their London office)\\n\\n * £340 per day (Inside IR35)\\n\\n * Big focus on lifecycle marketing, CRM, and performance analytics\\n\\n * Working closely with regional and global stakeholders\\n\\nYou’ll be doing things like:\\n\\n * Owning and executing multi-channel lifecycle campaigns across email, in-app, push, and digital\\n\\n * Partnering with local marketing, GTM, product, and analytics teams to create integrated campaigns\\n\\n * Testing, analysing, refining – repeat\\n\\n * Localising messaging and creative (especially for UK and DE markets)\\n\\n * Running A/B tests and diving into performance data to guide next steps\\n\\n * Getting stuck into planning, reporting, and budgeting\\n\\n * Sitting in on senior leadership meetings and driving strategic focus in local markets\\n\\n * Navigating an Adobe tool migration — so expect a few moving parts\\n\\nWho we’re after:\\n\\n * 5+ years in marketing (CRM or digital campaign management in particular)\\n\\n * Proven ability to run full lifecycle programmes (email and in-app especially)\\n\\n * Background in credit, fintech, or financial services\\n\\n * Strong analytics game – you know your way around a performance report\\n\\n * Comfortable working across time zones and building relationships with global teams\\n\\n * Can juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball (or your sanity)\\n\\n * Project management ninja with a delivery-first mindset\\n\\n * Big plus if you speak German (but not essential)\\n\\nWhy bother?\\nThis is a unique opportunity to shape engagement strategy for a well-known fintech across its most exciting growth markets.
