IT Trainer / Technology Adoption Specialist An exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Trainer to play a key role in driving technology adoption, digital transformation, and user engagement across a growing professional services environment. Key Responsibilities * Design and deliver engaging technology training programmes through classroom, remote, and one-to-one sessions. * Support users of varying technical abilities, adapting training styles to different learning needs. * Create user guides, quick reference materials, videos, and other learning resources. * Promote adoption of new technologies, digital initiatives, and AI-driven solutions. * Deliver cybersecurity and phishing awareness training. * Work closely with stakeholders to support technology rollouts and change management initiatives. Skills & Experience * Proven experience delivering IT and software training. * Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel. * Experience creating training documentation and learning materials. * Understanding of digital transformation, technology adoption, and change management. * Knowledge of AI tools and practical business applications. * Awareness of cybersecurity best practices. * Experience with Practice Management Systems would be advantageous. About You * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users. * Strong organisational and planning abilities. * Confident, approachable, and engaging trainer. * Effective coach and mentor with strong stakeholder management skills. * Proactive, adaptable, and passionate about technology. * Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites as required
