We’re working with a global tech leader to recruit an Enterprise Account Manager for an exciting 6-month contract opportunity. This is a maternity cover role within a newly formed UK Enterprise team focused on supporting and growing a high-value portfolio of merchants across ecommerce and financial services.
The Role
This is a strategic, relationship-focused position where you’ll act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of approx. 24 enterprise merchants. You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing senior-level client relationships as a trusted advisor
- Delivering account strategies to drive sustainable growth
- Leading commercial negotiations and complex contracts
- Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Supporting seamless onboarding and product adoption
A Typical Day Might Include:
- Calls with enterprise clients to review account performance and upcoming opportunities
- Collaboration with internal teams (Product, Legal, Commercial Ops) to deliver tailored solutions
- Forecasting and reporting on client growth and risk
- Strategising for quarterly business reviews or executive stakeholder meetings
This role involves regular interaction with colleagues based in Dublin (including the team manager), so strong communication and remote collaboration skills are key.
What We’re Looking For
Must-haves:
- 5–7 years' experience in enterprise account management, client success or B2B sales
- Solid grasp of ecommerce, merchant services, or payment platforms
- Track record of managing high-value accounts with revenue ownership
- Strong commercial acumen and experience negotiating complex deals
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
Bonus points for:
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or platforms that enable digital commerce
