We’re looking for an experienced IT Manager / IT Operations Manager to lead and develop a critical function within a growing, forward-thinking professional services firm. This is a hands-on role where you’ll oversee day-to-day IT operations, manage a small team, and drive secure, efficient, and future-focused technology solutions aligned to business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead IT operations across infrastructure, systems, and security
  • Manage Microsoft Azure, M365, and hybrid environments
  • Own IT budgets, suppliers, and contracts
  • Drive cybersecurity (including Cyber Essentials Plus) and risk management
  • Oversee service delivery, 2nd/3rd line support, and ITSM processes
  • Support and develop a small IT team
  • Deliver improvements across systems, reporting, and workflows

About You:

  • Strong hands-on technical background (Microsoft stack, infrastructure, security)
  • Experience in professional services (legal preferred)
  • Proven team leadership and supplier management experience
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity, compliance, and IT best practice
  • Experience with case management systems (P4W), Power BI, and automation tools is advantageous
