360 IT Recruitment Consultant – Sales Professionals Wanted Location: Reading | Full-Time | £25,000–£27,000 basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £40k+) Are you a high-performing sales professional ready to step into a fast-paced, financially rewarding recruitment career? We’re expanding our team in Reading and are looking for ambitious salespeople to make the move into 360 IT recruitment role . You’ll have the autonomy to build your own desk, develop long-term client relationships, and earn uncapped commission from day one.
