My client is seeking a proactive 2nd Line Support Engineer who enjoys variety, responsibility, and being part of a tight-knit IT team. The Role
As a 2nd Line Support Engineer, you’ll act as a critical escalation point, supporting users across a broad technology stack. You’ll work closely with users, take ownership of issues, and contribute to continuous improvement across IT systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd line technical support across desktops, laptops, servers, and applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated incidents efficiently and professionally
- Support Microsoft technologies including Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Intune
- Assist with system maintenance, upgrades, and deployments
- Document fixes, processes, and best practices
- Get involved in projects and day-to-day IT operations beyond traditional support
