Technical Support Analyst

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Contractor with proven expertise in backup technologies and Hyper-V management to support a short-term project. This is an ideal opportunity for a highly skilled contractor who can hit the ground running and ensure continuity and stability across backup and recovery systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for backup systems and infrastructure

• Manage and maintain backup

• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to backup, storage, and recovery

• Ensure systems are optimally configured and data integrity is maintained

• Liaise with internal IT teams and external vendors when necessary

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT support, with a strong focus on backup technologies

• Hands-on knowledge of backup and recovery solutions

• Experience with Hyper-V

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

You must be immediately available and be able to work on-site in Andover for a min of 6 weeks.
