We're seeking an experienced Core Technology M&A Program Manager to lead end-to-end technical integration programs across my clients global technology organization.
What you'll do:
- Own full lifecycle M&A integrations - from due diligence through execution to steady-state transition
- Drive cross-functional coordination across InfoSec, FinTech, Platform, Infrastructure, Engineering Systems, Core AI, Payments, and more
- Build and execute detailed integration plans covering migrations, IAM/SSO, infrastructure, security, and enterprise systems
- Manage risks, dependencies, timelines, budgets, and executive communication
- Lead governance, reporting, and stakeholder alignment across complex workstreams
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience delivering large-scale technical programs or post-merger integrations
- Broad knowledge of enterprise tech: cloud, infrastructure, security, IAM, and systems integration
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across global, matrixed teams
- Excellent planning, risk management, and execution skills in fast-paced environments
Nice to have:
- M&A integration experience (diligence through post-close)
- Familiarity with enterprise migration, compliance, and security processes
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Monday
