We're looking for a Lead Senior Software Engineer to take a central role in shaping, guiding, and delivering our internal and customer-facing software systems. You'll lead a team of developers working on a range of platforms from E-commerce systems to internal tooling and integrations while helping refine our development processes and architecture.
This role combines technical leadership with hands-on development. You'll need strong experience with modern .NET technologies and cloud platforms, alongside the ability to mentor developers, work across departments, and help drive projects forward.
What you'll do:
- Lead a small team of developers, supporting their growth and performance
- Guide the architecture and development of systems in .NET (C#)
- Work across Legacy and modern codebases
- Collaborate with project managers and other departments to align technical work with business goals
- Implement and maintain systems using SQL, APIs, RabbitMQ, Redis, and cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS)
- Help shape and refine our CI/CD pipelines and coding standards
What we're looking for:
- Strong experience in C#/.NET Core
- Experience leading or mentoring developers
- Solid understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL, MSSQL or similar)
- Experience with message brokers like RabbitMQ and caching tools like Redis
- Familiarity with cloud platforms - Azure preferred, AWS also welcome
- Experience working with multiple systems and integrating across platforms
- Confidence working with source control (Git), modern DevOps practices, and deployment pipelines
