IT Service Delivery Manager required by my leading Milton Keynes client. This is a key role where you will be the bridge between IT and the Business and be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of IT services across the organisation, ensuring they meet business needs and align with service level agreements (SLAs).

This role bridges the gap between IT and business functions, overseeing all IT service operations, ensuring high-quality service standards, and driving continuous service improvements. The SDM plays a pivotal role in managing licensing, IT supplier performance, and consolidated reporting across all IT service providers, ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations.

A key objective is to optimise service efficiency, maintain cost-effective solutions, and improve user experience while supporting business objectives.

You:

  • You must have sound experience within an IT Service delivery role and be comfortable dealing with suppliers, licensing and stakeholder engagement.
  • ITIL certification: ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 certification is essential for this role.
  • Experience managing software licensing compliance and IT vendor contracts.
  • Ability to analyse service performance data and present actionable insights to leadership.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and relationship management abilities, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Broad understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, and support systems.
