My client is seeking a Junior ICT Technician to support the day to day running of ICT systems. This role will assist the Network Manager in maintaining and developing ICT services.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with maintaining networks, systems, and computer equipment
- Provide hardware and software support
- Support user account administration and diagnose technical issues
- Install software, carry out basic repairs, and manage ICT assets
- Monitor systems including antivirus and e safety tools
- Assist with website updates and digital content where required
- Maintain documentation and uphold GDPR and e safety standards
Ideal Candidate
- Basic experience or strong interest in ICT support
- MS knowledge, 365 etc
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to support users both remotely and on site
