IT Trainer / Technology Adoption Specialist
An exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Trainer to play a key role in driving technology adoption, digital transformation, and user engagement across a growing professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging technology training programmes through classroom, remote, and one-to-one sessions.
- Support users of varying technical abilities, adapting training styles to different learning needs.
- Create user guides, quick reference materials, videos, and other learning resources.
- Promote adoption of new technologies, digital initiatives, and AI-driven solutions.
- Deliver cybersecurity and phishing awareness training.
- Work closely with stakeholders to support technology rollouts and change management initiatives.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering IT and software training.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience creating training documentation and learning materials.
- Understanding of digital transformation, technology adoption, and change management.
- Knowledge of AI tools and practical business applications.
- Awareness of cybersecurity best practices.
- Experience with Practice Management Systems would be advantageous.
