Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to take responsibility for the planning, delivery and successful completion of projects within a growing professional services environment.
The role requires strong leadership, communication and organisational skills, together with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities. The successful individual will be confident working with a range of internal and external stakeholders and will take full ownership and accountability for projects from initiation through to completion.
Our client is looking for someone who operates to high standards and has a minimum of two years' proven experience delivering complex, high-impact projects and programmes on time and within budget. The successful candidate will demonstrate strategic thinking, strong stakeholder management and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement beyond individual projects.
Project Planning & Delivery
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and success measures in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain effective project plans, ensuring activities, dependencies and resources are clearly understood.
- Lead projects through all stages of the delivery lifecycle, maintaining focus on quality, timelines, budget and agreed outcomes.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities effectively.
Team Leadership
- Lead cross-functional project teams and promote effective collaboration across different functions and areas of expertise.
- Coordinate contributions from technical, operational, commercial and support teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Establish clear responsibilities, expectations and communication channels across project teams.
- Promote accountability, effective decision-making and a strong focus on delivery.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a key point of contact for customers and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
