For our client, a global platform in the visual content space we’re looking for a Community & Communications Manager. This is a 12m FTC position (Maternity Leave cover) and can be worked fully remotely.
What you’ll do:
- Own and manage email communications and newsletters, including planning, writing, and executing campaigns via our email marketing platform.
- Create compelling content for the blog and other owned channels, spotlighting new features, contributors, and community stories.
- Lead major community activations such as contests and growth initiatives throughout the year.
- Partner with the Product team to communicate launches and updates in a clear, engaging way.
- Support brand partnerships and campaigns.
- Manage and support the Community Coordinator in running social channels.
- Engage directly with community members to build strong relationships and encourage participation.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years’ experience writing newsletters, blogs, or marketing content.
- A background in community or audience engagement.
- Comfortable working independently and taking full ownership.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing tools (like Vero or similar).
- A strong visual eye—you know what makes an image (or story) stand out.
- Excellent proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
