A leading financial software house specialising in retail banking platforms is seeking a talented Mid-Level C# Developer to join its core engineering team. You will work on enterprise-grade applications used by major retail banks, contributing to modernisation efforts and helping introduce AI-driven capabilities into their product ecosystem.
This role is ideal for developers with around 5-6 years experience who want to deepen their technical skills, work on meaningful financial systems, and play a hands-on part in bringing AI into a regulated banking environment.
About the Role
You will develop C#/.NET applications, build modern Blazor interfaces, and work extensively with SQL Server across large, data-rich banking systems. Alongside core development, you will support the engineering team in identifying where AI can improve automation, customer experience, fraud detection, analytics and operational efficiency.
This is a growth role with strong mentorship, technical ownership and exposure to AI integration projects.
