We're looking for a Graduate Aerospace Engineer who's excited to work on real flight hardware, autonomy systems, and mission-ready platforms from day one.

The Role

  • You'll be part of a multidisciplinary engineering team working across:
    • Aerodynamics, flight performance, and stability analysis
    • UAV airframe design, optimisation, and integration
    • Flight-control systems, modelling, and simulation
    • Testing, validation, and data analysis for flight trials
    • Systems engineering across propulsion, avionics, and autonomy
    • Supporting prototype builds, ground tests, and flight operations

This is a hands-on role where you'll contribute directly to live UAV programmes and see your work fly.

What You'll Bring

  • Degree (BEng/MEng) in Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautics, Mechanical Engineering, or similar
  • Strong understanding of aerodynamics, flight mechanics, and aircraft structures
  • Experience with tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, Python, SolidWorks, CATIA, or CFD packages
  • Interest in UAVs, autonomy, robotics, or next-gen aviation
  • Ability to solve technical problems and communicate clearly
  • Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to get involved in hands-on engineering

Nice to Have

  • Experience with UAV projects, student competitions, or personal drone builds
  • Knowledge of control theory or embedded systems
