An established EdTech company in West London is expanding its technical support team and looking for an IT Support Engineer who enjoys variety, autonomy, and real face-to-face problem-solving. This is a role for someone who thrives on helping users, keeping systems running smoothly, and representing a trusted brand on client sites across the region.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing 1st/2nd line support to schools and education clients
  • Working one week remotely, followed by one week visiting client sites across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, and London
  • Troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and classroom technologies
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining devices and systems
  • Building strong relationships with school staff and acting as a trusted technical advisor
  • Escalating complex issues where needed and contributing to continuous service improvement

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in IT support (1st/2nd line) within MSP, education, or similar environments
  • Confident troubleshooting Windows, O365, networks, and common classroom technologies
  • Strong communication skills and a calm, solution-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently while representing the company professionally on client sites
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Berks, Bucks, and London
