A talented and people-focused Project Manager is required to join an innovative sports technology company delivering data-driven digital products to a global client base. You'll work on web, mobile app, and data-led solutions for high-profile sports organisations, helping deliver complex, multi-disciplinary projects from concept to launch.
For this Project Manager role, you’ll lead a cross-functional team, covering development, QA, data, design, and commercial, to deliver outstanding client-facing products. You won’t just manage tasks; you’ll own project planning, scope, and client relationships, clearing roadblocks, managing expectations, and keeping delivery on track.
You’ll work within a supportive PM team and collaborate closely with external stakeholders and internal experts. Your focus will be on turning quality project execution into long-term strategic client value.
Responsibilities:- Leading end-to-end delivery of multiple digital projects (web, mobile, CMS, data)
- Managing project plans, budgets, scopes, and timelines within an agile framework (Scrum)
- Creating, grooming, and managing backlogs to ensure work is properly defined and prioritised
- Acting as the key contact for clients throughout delivery, maintaining alignment and engagement
- Building strong relationships internally and externally to deliver value and create a great experience for your team and clients
- Spotting risks, resolving issues, and driving continuous improvement across delivery
- Supporting broader delivery initiatives alongside the PM leadership team
- Background in digital project delivery, ideally across web, mobile app, and data products
- Technically fluent – comfortable working with developers, designers, and data teams
- Agile experience essential, including managing backlogs, sprints, and Scrum ceremonies
- Strong client-facing skills and stakeholder management across external partners
- Confident with leading projects and discussing financials with clients when required
- Clear communicator with a proactive and collaborative mindset
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency or sports/media environment is a bonus
They are offering a base salary of £50,000 - £55,000 plus benefits and mostly remote working, with some occasional meetings in London with clients and the team, as and when required.
