Change Control Managers x 5 wanted by a thriving defence consultancy supporting a major UK defence manufacturing programme in Derby, which is critical to national security. You must have solid experience of project controls / major capital infrastructure programmes and be a sole UK national to apply, to be eligible for (or hold) SC Clearance.
These are excellent opportunities to work on complex, high-value capital projects within a highly regulated environment. As a Change Control Manager, you'll coordinate the day-to-day project change process, working closely with project controls, engineering and delivery teams to ensure changes are properly assessed, recorded and managed.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Change Control Manager, Change Coordinator, Project Controls Engineer or similar.
- Experience working on major engineering, construction, defence, or capital infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of change control, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to coordinate multiple changes and communicate effectively across project teams.
- Good Excel and reporting skills.

This Change Control Manager opportunity needs someone with a background in project controls or formal project change management, particularly within infrastructure, nuclear, defence, utilities or major construction programmes.
This role offers a salary of £55,000 - £90,000+ plus benefits (depending on level) with 3 days per week onsite in Derby. Travel expenses and any stay over costs can also be covered if you're based further afield. Sole UK Nationality (from birth or young age) and SC clearance eligibility is essential.
