Sales Support Executive sought to join an established and growing B2B services business based in the Brighton & Hove area.
This is a newly created position offering the chance to take ownership of customer enquiries, contract renewals and commercial processes. You'll join a friendly team where your ideas are welcomed and you'll have the freedom to improve how things are done.
** Please note - this role is only suitable for candidates within commutable distance of Brighton. The role is 5-days on site for the first 3 months and then hybrid after that so you MUST be based locally! **
As a Sales Support Executive, you'll manage inbound enquiries, arrange customer meetings and ensure opportunities are followed through. You'll also maintain the CRM, coordinate renewals, prepare quotations and support commercial reporting.
There's no cold calling or individual sales targets. This is about organisation, customer relationships and making sure nothing gets missed!
What we're looking for:
- Experience in sales support, sales administration, account management or a similar role
- A friendly and professional telephone manner
- Confident using CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer data
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good Excel skills and confidence working with numbers
- Someone proactive who enjoys improving processes and taking ownership
- B2B services or technology experience would be advantageous
