This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams, ideal for someone who enjoys turning customer insight into clear product positioning, compelling go-to-market activity, and measurable commercial growth. Key Responsibilities
- Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions across the portfolio
- Translate customer insight and product capabilities into compelling customer-focused narratives
- Support product launches, go-to-market planning, and sales enablement activity
- Work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure products are commercially ready
- Help shape pricing, packaging, and commercial propositions
- Analyse customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Improve customer adoption, engagement, and retention through targeted product marketing initiatives
- Create and maintain product marketing collateral, product pages, and launch materials
- Support the positioning of AI-driven product features and innovations
Skills & Experience
- Experience in Product Marketing, Go-To-Market, Product Commercialisation, or a similar role
- Background in SaaS, software, digital products, or B2B technology environments
- Strong written communication and storytelling skills
