Stobart (part of the Culina Group) is a leading ambient transport and logistics business serving UK brands across core consumer and retail sectors. We are recruiting for Class 1 Drivers to join our team on a full-time and permanent basis at our Dagenham site.
Responsibilities
- Operate as a Class 1 Driver delivering on time and safely.
- Shifts available: Monday–Friday Day or Night, with any 5 from 7 (including 1 weekend shift). Day or Night available. Please enquire within your application if you are seeking a different shift; accommodation may be possible.
Salary
- Mon-Fri Days - £15.00 per hour (including Meal Allowance and Tier Payment).
- Mon-Fri Night Shift - £16.30 per hour (including Meal Allowance and Tier Payment).
- Saturday and Sunday Day Shift - £18.00 per hour (including Meal Allowance and Tier Payment).
- Saturday and Sunday Night Shift - £18.50 per hour (including Meal Allowance and Tier Payment).
- Bank Holidays - £18.81 per hour (including Meal Allowance and Tier Payment).
Qualifications
- Valid C+E Licence, CPC & Tacho Card.
- No more than 6 points on your Licence with no DD/DR convictions.
- Understanding of Drivers hours and Working Time Directive legislation.
- Ability to perform vehicle checks to ensure safety and report defects.
- Compliance with on-site health and safety requirements.
- Excellent communication skills.
