Join IT FUTURE SERVICES as a Class 1 Driver. We are part of the Stobart (Part of the Culina Group) rolling‑stock network, leading ambient transport and logistics with many of the UK’s best‑known brands across core consumer and retail sectors. This role offers a full‑time contract, security, and development opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Drive from Barnsley to Stores, RDCs, Warehouse, deliveries and general haulage work.
- Support the larger Stobart and Culina network when required.
- Handle manual loading, drop and swaps, and general trunking duties.
Shifts: Any 5 from 7 – 16:00pm – 21:00pm start window.
Salary and Allowances:
- Mon‑Fri Day – £14.50 per hour
- Mon‑Fri Night – £15.80 per hour
- Sat/Sun Day – £17.50 per hour
- Sat/Sun Night – £18.00 per hour
- Bank Holidays – £18.31 per hour
All rates include a tier payment and a meal allowance.
Qualifications:
- Valid HGV 1/C+E licence, DCPC & Tacho card.
- No more than 6 points on your licence with no D+/DR Code convictions.
- Knowledge of Driver Hours & WTD legislation.
- Ability to carry out vehicle checks and report defects correctly.
- Complies with on‑site health and safety requirements.
- Excellent communication skills.
