The Marketing & Communications Executive will provide marketing support to Renewable Energy Assurance Limited (REAL) and the wider brands across consumer codes, certification schemes and other schemes there under, ensuring REAL’s marketing activity is aligned with its overall strategy and business goals. The successful candidate will bring a blend of strategic thinking, digital expertise, and AI fluency to drive measurable business growth.

Sitting in the Group’s communications and marketing team, the role will run the marketing activity across multiple channels. The role will also work with the commercial/policy team, coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns for events, announcements, and general member promotion and brand positioning throughout the year while ensuring marketing schedules are updated and adhered to.

The ideal candidate will have experience of creating content for multiple channels, including press liaison/releases, websites, emails, and social media, and demonstrate an understanding of the differences in approach. The next few years will be an exciting time for REAL, and the successful candidate will assist with the development of new websites, communications, and growth under the new Managing Director.

REAL operates several high-profile consumer protection and dispute-resolution schemes - these brands will all fall within the marketer's remit. New launches and a brand refresh are anticipated, and input into the overall brand strategy will be expected. The successful candidate will be able to access necessary training to support the role and work with a small and dedicated team within the Group, REA (Renewable Energy Association), in which to develop their professional skills.
