Location: London (Office-based, 5 days per week) Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer Overview We are seeking an experienced Transformation Director to lead a business-wide transformation programme for a leading organisation within the construction sector.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role will be responsible for defining and delivering the organisation's transformation strategy, driving operational excellence, digital innovation and business change across multiple functions.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale transformation programmes within complex organisations, with experience delivering strategic initiatives that improve operational performance, enhance customer outcomes and support long-term business growth.
Working closely with the Executive Leadership Team, you will lead cross-functional programmes, embed new ways of working and ensure transformation initiatives deliver measurable business value.
This is a highly visible leadership role requiring exceptional stakeholder management, commercial acumen and the ability to successfully deliver change across a fast-paced operational environment.
Key Responsibilities 1.
Develop and deliver the organisation's transformation strategy, aligned to business objectives and future growth plans. 2.
Lead multiple strategic transformation programmes across operations, technology, commercial and corporate functions. 3.
