IT Drone and Software Services Ltd is a CAA-certified commercial drone operator and AI software company building the next generation of sovereign drone command-and-control technology. We develop proprietary platforms for real-time UAV operations, autonomous flight, and AI-assisted infrastructure inspection. We're looking for a Junior Software Engineer to join our core development team and grow into one of the most technically demanding stacks in the UK drone-tech space.

What we're looking for:

  • Degree or equivalent practical experience in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Curiosity about AI, computer vision, or embedded/real-time systems
  • Self-driven — we move fast and expect ownership
  • Eligible to work in the UK

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Azure or any cloud platform
  • Exposure to Python, ONNX, or ML frameworks
