Role Overview:
Head of Europe Sales is responsible for driving revenue targets for IMSS Europe, focusing on Infra and Security Services (EE/EN/NN). This role involves leading a hybrid sales team, personally contributing to sales growth, generating leads, and collaborating with various internal teams to consistently exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve annual sales targets aligned with the Europe Revenue Plan.
- Identify and acquire Must Have Accounts (MHAs) for Infra and Security Services.
- Develop a coordinated approach for Global Accounts to improve sales success.
- Optimize pricing strategies for revenue and profitability.
- Work with Marketing and Inside Sales to generate leads through events, outbound campaigns, and external agencies.
- Build relationships with CXOs to enhance deal success.
- Leverage Alliance Partners for new logo acquisition.
- Drive brand awareness through various marketing channels, including social media and analyst firms.
Internal Responsibilities:
- Set vision and foster a winning culture within the sales team.
- Develop annual Revenue and GTM Plan in line with the company’s financial goals.
- Collaborate with Geo Heads on the NN strategy for Europe.
- Regularly review and adjust strategies to meet the revenue plan.
- Work with Inside Sales and external agencies for effective lead generation.
- Ensure BDM incentive plans align with revenue goals.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualification: BE/M.Tech and/or MBA.
- Experience: 15-18 years in Infra and Security Services sales, with at least 3 years as a Sales Head in Europe.
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals and acquiring new clients.
- Strong experience in the full sales cycle and GTM strategy execution.
- Ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
- Experience working with Alliance Partners and mentoring BDMs.
