IT Cleaning Ltd is a specialist provider of professional cleaning and contamination management for IT equipment and critical infrastructure. Established in 2002, we operate nationwide delivering specialist cleaning services for data centres, server rooms, comms rooms, IT and Broadcast equipment. Accredited to ISO 14644-1:2015 standards, we work within controlled environments where precision and reliability are essential. Our clients include major organisations across the technology and broadcast industries.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Technical Cleaning Operative to join our specialist team.
The Role
You will work on-site at customer locations across the UK delivering specialist cleaning services within data centres, server rooms, and other critical IT environments. The starting point will be Royal Wootton Bassett, England. Full specialist training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Specialist cleaning of IT equipment and infrastructure
- Working within data centres and controlled environments
- Following strict contamination control procedures
- Using specialist cleaning tools and equipment
- Completing service documentation and reports
- Travelling to client sites across the UK
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable
- Professional, and able to work independently
- Willingness to travel nationwide; this will require overnight stays in hotels
- Full UK Driving Licence and able to drive Transit vans
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to work nights as required
Desirable:
- Experience in cleaning, facilities, or technical environments
- Experience working in data centres or IT environments
