Due to the ongoing success of our online IT Traineeships we are looking to bring on a bright Telesales consultant to add to our fantastic growing team. Telesales Consultant – Inbound Warm Leads

Location: Work from Home (All computer and phone equipment will be provided to you)

Salary: £30K basic with realistic OTE of £40K-£50K

Hours: Monday-Friday 9AM-5:30PM

Annual Leave: 20 days + Christmas through to New Year + Bank Holidays

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Roles and responsibilities

Contacting applicants for our IT Traineeships, consultation with them to see If they will be suitable for our trainee positions. (All inbound warm leads)

Manage the CRM to a high degree of accuracy.

Hitting company targets and KPI’s

Answering inbound calls

The Successful candidate will have:

3+ years of a proven track record in Telesales

Experience using a CRM

Ability to use own initiative

A team player

Self-motivated

Ability to learn about products and services and convey the benefits to the applicants

IT Literate

Excellent level of English reading and writing
