Duties & Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated and organised Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Recruitment team. In this role, you will support candidates as they transition from training into employment. Working with a portfolio of candidates, you will provide guidance throughout their recruitment journey, helping them improve their employability, identify suitable opportunities, prepare for interviews, and connect with employers. This is a rewarding role for someone who enjoys building relationships, supporting people to achieve their goals, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of candidates throughout their recruitment journey.
- Conducting recruitment consultations and setting clear expectations.
- Coordinating CV updates and ensuring candidates present themselves professionally.
- Sourcing suitable vacancies and sending tailored job opportunities.
- Building relationships with employers and recruitment agencies.
- Referring candidates to suitable companies and maintaining employer partnerships.
- Providing weekly support and guidance to candidates.
- Preparing candidates for interviews and following up on outcomes.
- Maintaining accurate records using our CRM system.
- Supporting candidates through to successful placement or completion of the recruitment process.

- Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident speaking with both candidates and employers.

Package & Remuneration
- Salary: £700 per month
- Commission: around £50 to £150 a month
- Fully remote position (work from home)
- Monday to Friday working schedule (9:30am – 5:30pm UK time)
- Weekends off
- 21 days annual leave
- Full time off over Christmas & New Year
