Duties & Responsibilities
We are looking for a friendly, organised and professional Inbound Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As our Inbound Receptionist, you will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls, welcoming enquiries, directing customers to the appropriate departments, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage a high volume of inbound telephone calls professionally and efficiently.
- Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Identify customer enquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.
- Take accurate messages and ensure they are passed on promptly.
- Respond to general enquiries via phone and email.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions where required.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Ensure a consistently high standard of customer service at all times.
Requirements:
- Perfect spoken English with a clear, confident, and professional telephone manner.
- Friendly, approachable and professional.
- Organised with strong attention to detail.
- Able to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- A quick learner with the ability to multitask.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
- Experience using CRM systems would be advantageous.

- Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service or call handling role.
- Experience using CRM or customer management systems.

Package & Remuneration
- Salary: £600 per month
- Fully remote position (work from home)
- Monday to Friday working schedule (9:30am – 5:30pm UK time)
- Weekends off
- 21 days annual leave
- Full time off over Christmas & New Year
