Duties & Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are seeking a professional and motivated Inbound Lead Coordinator to join our remote team. This role is responsible for contacting prospective customers over the phone who have expressed an interest in our training programmes and connecting qualified prospects with our Sales Consultants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact warm inbound leads
  • 200+ calls a day
  • Engage existing leads and identify interest in our training programmes
  • Transfer qualified leads directly to the appropriate Sales Consultant
  • Accurately record call outcomes and update customer information within our CRM system
  • Maintain detailed notes and administrative records of all interactions
  • Follow up with leads where appropriate to maximise conversion opportunities
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience and represent the company professionally at all times

Requirements

  • Perfect spoken English with a clear, confident, and professional telephone manner
  • Excellent communication, questioning, and listening skills
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls each day
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and engage prospective customers
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from home
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet working environment
  • Previous experience in lead generation, telesales, customer service, appointment setting, or outbound calling preferred
  • Experience using CRM systems would be advantageous
