IT Career Switch is a fast-growing online training provider helping individuals launch successful careers in IT and related industries. As a fully online company, we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring every enquiry is handled professionally and efficiently.

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our Student Care team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout every stage of the customer journey. You will support students across a range of our Traineeships, managing enquiries by phone and email, processing requests in line with company policies, and maintaining accurate records within our CRM system. This is a varied role that requires excellent communication, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and online channels.
  • Support students throughout their learning journey, from enrolment to completion.
  • Manage student requests, including cancellations, extensions, course changes, and account updates.
  • Process course administration accurately, including exam bookings, vouchers, and learner records.
  • Maintain accurate student information and activity within the CRM system.
  • Proactively resolve customer queries and escalate complex issues where required.
  • Monitor student progress and complete follow-up actions to support engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless student experience.
  • Complete general administrative tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Previous experience in customer service or customer support.
  • An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and perfect spoken English.

  • Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Package & Remuneration
  • Salary: £700 per month
  • Commission: around £50 to £300 a month
  • Fully remote position (work from home)
  • Monday to Friday working schedule (9:30am – 5:30pm UK time)
  • Weekends off
  • 21 days annual leave
  • Full time off over Christmas & New Year
