The Role: An exciting opportunity for an experienced Managing Director ready to step into a top leadership role. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction, driving business growth, and leading a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. * Lead and inspire the senior leadership team and wider workforce. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders. * Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and market expansion. * Oversee operational performance to ensure excellence and continuous improvement. * Represent the business within the industry and at key events.
