About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a collaborative development team working on a complex, integration-focused platform. This is a product-focused role where you will design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications that support real-time operational workflows. You will play a key role in shaping system architecture, delivering robust solutions, and supporting critical production systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Define system objectives by analyzing user requirements and business needs
- Design and develop web applications using C#/.NET (ASP.NET Core) and modern frontend frameworks
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integration services
- Contribute to architectural decisions, evaluating technical solutions and trade-offs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable system interoperability
- Troubleshoot development and production issues across multiple environments
- Support high-availability systems with ongoing maintenance and monitoring
- Participate in Agile development processes and team discussions
- Maintain high standards through code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and technical support to other developers
- Create documentation and tools to support system usage and maintenance
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices
Skills and Experience Required
- Strong experience with C# and .NET (ASP.NET Core)
- Proven experience building web applications and REST APIs
- Experience with React (Angular or Vue also considered)
- Solid understanding of full stack development principles
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Exposure to microservices and distributed systems
- Strong database experience (e.g., SQL Server or equivalent)
- Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage priorities and work across multiple projects
