Key Duties:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to capture and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Applying strong systems analysis and data modelling techniques
- Supporting end-to-end requirements and analysis phases across complex programmes
- Contributing to high-level design and solution shaping
- Working across multiple initiatives, balancing priorities in a fast-paced environment
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within digital or customer platform environments
- Strong requirements gathering and analysis across large-scale or multi-project settings
- Experience with data capture, data analysis, and modelling techniques
- Good understanding of systems development lifecycle (SDLC) – particularly analysis phases
- Confident communicator, able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with tools such as MS Office / Windows suite
- Experience working in structured methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to work autonomously with a flexible, delivery-focused mindset
- Resilience in high-pressure environments, with effective conflict management
- Confident presenting and articulating ideas to both technical teams and business audiences
