ISX Financial UK Ltd is seeking an experienced Head of Cyber Security to lead a hands-on, strategic security function within a fast-growing FCA-regulated fintech. This role partners with IT, Engineering, DevOps, Product Management and Risk to embed security across technology delivery and operations.

You will translate cyber risk into business decisions, set security governance, manage regulatory expectations, and mentor a high-performing security team to support growth and resilience in payments.
