Role: Lead Family Practitioner.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent.

Expected hours: 36 hours per week.

Pay: £25,500.00-£26,900.00 per year (£13 per hour - £14 per hour).

Responsibilities:

  • ISWP Holding Ltd is the UK's leading independent social work service based in Reading, Berkshire.
  • Currently recruiting newly qualified social workers for our residential family centre and supported living service, as well as our community social work service.
  • Tasks include completing family time, social work statutory visits, and parenting work.
  • You will initially start as a family practitioner with the opportunity to join our social work AYSE programme when we have capacity to take on AYSEs.
  • Work alongside experienced social workers to learn various social work skills, including social work parenting assessments and other professional skills.

Qualifications:

  • Newly Qualified Social Worker.

Note: Flexibility is essential; there are varied shifts due to the nature of the service. Driving is not essential; however, working towards having a licence would be beneficial.
