Responsibilities:
- ISWP Holding Ltd is the UK's leading independent social work service based in Reading, Berkshire.
- Currently recruiting newly qualified social workers for our residential family centre and supported living service, as well as our community social work service.
- Tasks include completing family time, social work statutory visits, and parenting work.
- You will initially start as a family practitioner with the opportunity to join our social work AYSE programme when we have capacity to take on AYSEs.
- Work alongside experienced social workers to learn various social work skills, including social work parenting assessments and other professional skills.
Qualifications:
- Newly Qualified Social Worker.
Note: Flexibility is essential; there are varied shifts due to the nature of the service. Driving is not essential; however, working towards having a licence would be beneficial.
