Cedar Hope Care Services Ltd, part of ISWP Holding, is an Ofsted and CQC regulated 16+ supported living service. Cedar Hope Care Services Ltd has a number of provisions in the Reading area, providing a range of support. We support clients who present a wide range of needs and challenges.
This role involves supporting young people and adults in the community and in our registered services. The needs of the young people and adults vary and can include learning disabilities, autism, mental health, challenging behaviour and other needs.
The role involves shift work patterns which are as follows:
- 8.00 am - 2.00 pm
- 8.00 am - 3.00 pm
- 8.00 am - 8.00 pm
- 2.00 pm - 8.00 pm
- 3.00 pm - 8.00 pm
- 8.00 pm - 8.00 am - waking night
- 2.00 pm - 11.00 pm - sleep in
- 3.00 pm - 11.00 pm - sleep in
Duties will include:
- Assisting in carrying out individual programmes of care
- Assisting with the day-to-day individual care needs of the service user, including personal and intimate care, personal hygiene
- Assisting in providing constructive activities
