Role: Lead Family Practitioner

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 36 hours per week

Pay: £25,500.00-£26,900.00 per year (£13 per hour - £14 per hour)

ISWP Holding Ltd is the UK's leading independent social work service based in Reading, Berkshire. We are currently recruiting newly qualified social workers for our residential family centre and supported living service, as well as our community social work service, based in Reading, Berkshire. Responsibilities include completing family time, social work statutory visits, and parenting work.

You will initially start as a family practitioner with the opportunity to join our social work AYSE programme when we have capacity to take on AYSEs. You will work alongside our very experienced social workers, learning various social work skills including social work parenting assessments and other professional skills.

Note: Flexibility is essential, as there are varied shifts due to the nature of the service. Driving is not essential; however, working towards having a licence would be beneficial.
