REQUISITOS
- Experiencia mínima de 1 año en el puesto
- Conocimiento de BPM.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar a tiempo completo y en turnos rotativos (Aperturas y Cierres)
- De preferencia vivir cerca de la zona.
- Dominio en la preparación makis.
- Disponibilidad para laborar en horarios rotativos.
FUNCIONES
- Realizar revisión minuciosa del buen funcionamiento de los procesos de rotulación de acuerdo a los tiempos de vida de los insumos.
- Seguimiento a la correcta preparación de salsas y cumplimiento de recetas estándar.
- Verificar y controlar tiempos para un buen procedimiento de descongelamiento de pescados y mariscos.
- Capacitar constantemente a los itamaes con procesos para evitar una contaminación cruzada con los alimentos y poder garantizar la inocuidad del producto.
- Realizar prueba de salsas y frituras diaria para certificar la calidad del producto.
- Indicar la producción de makis fríos y calientes para la apertura y cierre.
- Responsable de controlar el tiempo de vida de producción de makis.
- Supervisar o realizar conteo diario al fin de turno.
- Coordinar y controlar con el administrador de tienda el requerimiento de palta.
- Controlar y reportar las mermas con el fin de cuidar los insumos.
- Supervisar o realizar el registro de OP del día para procesamiento en sistema por parte del administrador de tienda.
- Realizar otras funciones que le sean asignadas por el superior inmediato dentro del ámbito de sus responsabilidades.
