Funciones:

  • Conocer a cabalidad la carta del establecimiento para la venta para llevar.
  • Tener buena vocación de servicio que se vea reflejada en una permanente buena disposición a los clientes.
  • Dirigir el control de atención Delivery (Apps, Delivery propio) en el ingreso del establecimiento.
  • Entrega directa del pedido a motorizado, verificando la conformidad del aplicativo.
  • Verificar estado de su modulo para una correcta atención.
  • Encargada de realizar el volanteo al ingreso del establecimiento o zonas aledañas donde el Administrador lo requiera.
  • Dar bienvenida y dirigir a los clientes a las mesas de su agrado.
  • Estar pendiente de los clientes en salón según sus requerimientos.
  • Tener conocimiento de las reservas del día en coordinación con el área de Caja y el encargado de Salón.
  • Encargada de mantener el frontis del local limpio en coordinación con el personal de Limpieza.
  • Conocer promociones vigentes del turno.
  • Conocer las zonas designadas en el salón.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia previa en atención directa al cliente.
  • De preferencia vivir cerca de la zona de Lince.
  • Orientación al servicio.
  • Dinamismo y actitud proactiva.
